Spring Valley Fenugreek Dietary Supplement Vegetarian Capsules for General Wellness, 610 mg, 100 Count

A Doctor I know recommended Fenugreek to be taken as a pain reliever instead of ibuprofen. He said Fenugreek is just as effective but does not cause liver damage like ibuprofen can when taken 800 mg or more for extended periods of time. I have been using Fenugreek for several years now. It's an excellent pain reliever and no side effects. I strongly recommend Fenugreek to those who need pain relief.

this is a great starter for fenugreek. It works extremely well for inflammation and pain. I'm not a doctor and not guarantee it eliminates all pain but it definitely helps. I have reduced my Tylenol intake by about 90%.

I have tried both the NOW brand and Spring Valley Fenugreek. I like the Spring Valley brand a lot better, I had assumed Spring Valley would not be as high of quality as NOW brand, but that has not been my experience. Spring Valley gives you the maple syrup smell and the NOW brand did not do that. The comparison of smelling the bottles/capsules is the Spring Valley brand smells better and sweeter, the NOW brand smells bitter and not so much like fenugreek. NOW brand is more expensive. I recommend Spring Valley, especially for the money.

I read multiple reviews about Fenugreek and its ability to increase milk supply - I can now say I'm not only a believer but I recommend it to any mama looking to increase her liquid gold! It took 4-5 days of taking 3 pills three times a day but my supply definitely increased.

i took one at night and woke up smelling like pancakes literally! and the smell isn't nauseating its very faint.. but i stand by this ngl

I got this to use as a galactic to help me make more breast milk, so that I could have enough to feed my baby and pump some for an upcoming trip. It does what its supposed to do! When I was doing research I had read that it gives your urine and sweat a maple syrup smell. It does give you a funny smell, i actually gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of the smell but its not terribly bad. worth it for all that milk you get! I love how I only need to take it til I build-up the supply I need an not all the time.

Decent price for a good product and arrived on time. Does the function. Helps with health issues and even my headaches.

I'm not sure what this really does? It says for general wellness, but what does that really mean? Do I feel better after taking it? I'm not sure versus the power of the mind as in "if you believe it works, I'm sure it will", along the lines of the placebo pill.

After much reading on different web sites and blogs about working nursing moms taking Fenugreek to increase their milk supply, I decided to try for myself. Although I am not super impressed, I did notice a slight increase in my supply; enough that would satisfy my 8 month old without having to fix him a bottle. I understand that not every body is the same, but my hopes were high after reading testimony after testimony of women whose milk supply was practically overflowing. Still, this Fenugreek is super affordable and natural, so I'll keep taking it because it has made SOME difference.

used this brand for almost two years now, had the exact effects i was looking for. the last bottle i received was missing its distinct smell, and my body changed with it, so i thought it was just a bad bottle. just got a new one and the smell, the maple everyone talks about, is just not there. i'm not sure what changed but will not be buying from this company further unfortunately
