Just the basics and well worth the price
I get this stuff because of the low cost. I don't seem to experience any side effects, however I do get a small energy bump for working out. The capsules are easy to swallow and not too big.

Fine but not buying again
I e gone supplement and vitamin crazy. My doctor has asked me to STOP wasting my money. So when Im done with what I have, Im not buying any more. He insists that since I have no deficiencies - Im just helping my urine be expensive. The worse part about this is that I have a ton load of other stuff - ashwghanda, oreganol, Blackseed (cumin) oil, vitamin D, Zinc, potassium, probiotics, fish oil, silica, wheat germ oil, charcoal, colloidal silver, greens, ginger, garlic, biotin, and at least another 10 more...

I take D-Aspartic Acid and Fenugreek together, and get a great fertility boost. The Mrs. loves that and so do I.

IT SEEMS TO WORK REALLY GOOD-but read my comments
Im 53 Years old, based upon my last blood tests I had low "T" and I was really tired. I looked at all the "T" boosting supplements that are out there .... like "Ageless Male" and all that other stuff you see on line ..... THere where mixed reviews on all of that stuff ....... I did some actual research (just on google) and D-Aspartic Acid and vitamin "D" were said to increase "T" ..... I have been taking D-Aspartic Acid and Vitamin "D" for about 2 weeks now .... and I can certainly say that its made a big difference.... actually noticed a difference with about a week to 10 days .... less tired and yes a big increase in libido ..... so far pretty satisfied ..... I would probably give it five stars but its a little to soon to really give a full review .... I will check back in about 60 days and see if there were any issues. ONE THING .... according to what I have read .... this only appears to work for men who have low "T" and not for guys with normal "T" who are looking to boost "T" levels to above the norm. .... Im no Dr. .... its just what I read
