I have used this brand before and have not been disappointed. It is excellent for helping alleviate my pain. One capsule is all I need when I am in generalized pain from inflammation. I can tolerate cayenne without gastrointestinal distress. Since it is in capsule form I do not need to worry about it touching my taste buds and the capsule breaks down quickly so I feel the effects fairly quickly. I do not recommend using it if you know that you cannot tolerate cayenne in your digestive tract.

I love this stuff! Taking one every day helps a lot with my lower back pain and the neuropathy in my feet. Sometimes I break the capsule open and sprinkle it on my food. It taste so fresh, even better than what you buy for spices. It has a fresher taste.

Take with food or it can be rough on the belly. Works great and will buy again as a staple.

Purchased for heart health over prescription RX and it actually served as purpose but I was getting terrible reflux and “ burning belly” shortly after starting , even after taking after meal, which made me unwell, so I stopped taking, went back to prescription RX, and gave pills away. Sooo…if you have a strong constitution, go for it…if not…pass it by.

I believe this triggered a stomach ulcer or something pain in my abdomen I've never felt before had to start antacid I've never had GI issues?

I was disappointed because there were so many other things added to the cayenne capsules and I was looking for straight cayenne for health.
