I read about how capsaicin from cayenne pepper helps with inflammation. So, since I struggled with fibromyalgia, I decided to supplement with cayenne peppers. The xapsules are easy for me to swallow, and they do not bother my stomach. I can't say the supplement helped with fibromyalgia, either. However, the supplement helped me with weight loss. I've lost 15 pounds over a 5 month period since using this supplement. It was the only thing that I did differently since my last doctor's appointment. Somehow, with me, it stimulated my metabolism and created weight loss. I've needed to drop weight, and this was a pleasant outcome. I'm still taking it. It might work differently for others.

This will fire up your digestive system and repel any possible intestinal parasites. But if taking too many, you will get a stomach cramp as it does heat your tummy up. Make sure you take no more than 2 capsules and take with your food.

Purchased for heart health over prescription RX and it actually served as purpose but I was getting terrible reflux and “ burning belly” shortly after starting , even after taking after meal, which made me unwell, so I stopped taking, went back to prescription RX, and gave pills away. Sooo…if you have a strong constitution, go for it…if not…pass it by.

I was disappointed because there were so many other things added to the cayenne capsules and I was looking for straight cayenne for health.

Used to be just cayenne. The capsules were much smaller and red. These are big and pink. There's more fillers in these than actual cayenne. Filling them with Maltodextrin (a high glycemic sugar) basically negates any digestive/metabolic benefits that plain cayenne can impart.
