Nested Naturals Choline, 90 Vegan Capsules (250 mg per Capsule)

Have been using the Nested Naturals Choline Bitartrate capsule with my meal in the evening. Feel that is good to take care of yourself. Like that the capsule is 100% vegan, third party tested, GMP certified facility and non GMO. Which are all good things to have in a capsule.

I decided to try this product as it is All Natural. Working on My metabolism is an everyday challenge. It is also a clarity booster and at my age there is nothing wrong with a little bit of help. I will be taking it faithfully for the next couple of weeks.

Choline is helping with a sprained muscle in the back. No fun. It was very slow to heal but since taking the choline I am noticing more rapid progress. Also my edginess seems to be easing off a bit. Easy to take. I sprinkle 2 capsules into food. No noticeable taste.

I have not used this product very long. I do like what its use is for. I had taken a different brand of Apple Cider Vinager capsule and it truly worked very well. I am excited to continue using this brand to see how good it helps. I am sure it will work very good too as so far it is perfect!

I wanted to try something that's good for health memory and liver function. I am getting older and those 2 things are very important I am ready ingredients on this supplement and everything seems. Choline birartrate Is supposed to be very good for both of these functions and I'd like to take something that is all natural these are Made in the USA and seem to be very well made easy to swallow caplets you take 2 capsules daily. I am very hopeful this will aide and would highly recommend this product.

I have been reading and researching Choline Bitartrate for some time now. I am glad to be taking Nested Naturals Choline Bitartrate 500 Mg a day for a few days now. I am feeling more comfortable in my daily routine knowing that I am doing a good thing for myself, that can only be helpful in my life.

These are easy to swallow and not too big. They are about the size of a Tylenol capsule, which isn't small but OK. I take one pill a day with food to start. So far, I haven't noticed any big changes of memory focus and/or mental clarity yet. But I think it will take time and the changes will be gradual. The other test is to finish the whole bottle and then wait for a while to see if I will notice any difference.

Sorry to say, but this product didn't do for me what I had expected. I felt so tired and lethargic after taking it. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. So I tried it again the next day. Again, I was exhausted. Perhaps you will have different feeling from this supplement, but it is not one I will use again.

I have been taking this product for two weeks now I'm going to continue to take them I have not noticed a difference but I know it's supposed to help with the nervous system and your memory so with that said I'm going to continue to use this product and hopefully I will see a difference

I purchased this as I read that choline is great for fetus brain during pregnancy and lactation. However, my personal experience is that after taking this the fetus' movement decreased then stopped completely. I used it for 5 days ! I went to the hospital and was advised to stop it. After stopping it for 2 days , I start feeling the movement slightly again but still less than Before taking it. I have read in a paper that some has a missing enzyme that cause this choline taking as oral supplement to be harmful but if taken in food as eggs it is fine and won't do this effect.
