this vitamin is good to take at night along with vitamin e I love to read up on different supplements and when to take them along with vitamin d and vitamin k2 magnesium glycinate these I take at bedtime works better with your body at night great price.

This B6 is excellent especially for the price. Everyone is different and do are your specific needs. I would highly recommend if you see improvement this is for you, if you don't see improvement give it some more time or try something. Keep looking until you find what your body needs
