Our family loves these B gummies. They did change the ingredients recently, they actually tasted better just a few months ago but are still good. Please quit changing things that are already perfect.

But for now this is the most cost-effective answer that I found. It is a one-a-day. Is a gummies based chewable. Based on timing it is better to take at the beginning of the day. This to boost energy levels. Take a moment to educate yourself on the forms of B12 in supplements. Meanwhile enjoy.

I never took my old B complex because they tasted like crud. So bitter! I queried 'B complex gummies,' not expecting to find anything, but here we are! They now exist. I can stomach these. They taste surprisingly good! I will make them part of my day, hoping it's not a scam. In short-I took 2 so far, and I didn't die. They tasted alright. Gives me a sense of security to some degree. Whether false or real security? Time will tell.

I have to take Complex-B Vitamins daily and there's nothing worse than burping that awful flavor all day but that's not a problem with these! The fresh strawberry flavor is very well done, which makes taking this one a BREEZE

Love these for my family. However they are never on the shelf to purchase. online who wants to do that, and wait. Disappointed ,never or hasn't been on the shelf.

I've tried this brand off and on forever. I didn't notice any significant improvement. I have used other BComplex and could feel the difference immediately. It may be low doses. Not sure. I was trying to save a little since the economy is killing is all at present. I'd say get a little better name brand. And I always look for a BComplex that is yeast free so o don't get nauseous from it. .

You guys changed the ingredients when you changed the look!! Please go back to the original recipe!! This saved my life but now I’m super allergic to them!! Please please go back. I will rate 43535 stars then.
