Helpful for me to take at bedtime
I take this at bedtime frequently. It seems to subtly improve sleep quality, probably by supporting detoxification pathways and hormone balancing. It also is reported to support liver health. Spring Valley's affordable version seems clean and it is standardized.

Buy it today
Been using Walmart Milk thistle for 40 years and done everything that's bad for your liver. My last liver tests were that of a 25 year old liver! Buy it today!

I think it helps.
This and Artichoke extract seem to be helping my mid section albeit my liver. Whether placebo effect or not, I don't know , but my stomach is feeling better.

Buy Spring Valley, accept risk.
There is no certification of laboratory analysis anywhere on the item. The capsules may contain wheat flour. YouTube videos suggest many of the Spring Valley products are fakes..
