Ok, I'm giving my honest review bc I read reviews to help me decide if I'm going to buy a product. I have trouble swallowing pills, so I have to crush this, but it doesn't taste nasty. I bought these bc I ran out of my other multivitamins and wanted to try the vitamins w the fruits and veggies. It doesn't taste nasty, and by crushing the vitamin, by lunch time w the other vitamins I'd start feeling run down. With these, I don't feel that. I highly recommend giving these a try!

For whatever reason I can't handle the gummy vitamins that I have been taking for a decade, so I've been looking at daily vitamins in pill form. These meet the daily recommended amounts of which vitamins are included. I can take on an empty stomach. I feel a surge of energy. I like these and will buy again.

Immediate energy boost and easy on the stomach! I went from feeling sluggish and fatigued regularly (good ole winter) to energized and like my old self. Seriously the best $10 I have EVER spent.

I have used the vitamin regularly month to month. could not find in store, online helped find and deliver.

I'm reviewing this bc I saw so many bad reviews about the nasty smell and taste. First I opened the bottle and it smelled kinda sweet. Second there wasn't a taste but as a person who crushes everything it broke into a million pieces in my mouth and consistency was off putting but I ate it with a cracker and swallowed. It didn't taste disgusting and I'm hoping it doesn't bother my stomach I'll update if it does.

Does not dissolve completely. Hard on my digestive system. You're paying for benefits not received if the tablet does not fully dissolve while in your system. Must take with food to avoid an upset stomach. May cause constipation so drink lots of fluids to help flush through your system.

The tablet was easy to swallow, but this made me feel a lack of energy and sluggish. Many ingredients are natural plants and flowers which are not controlled by the fda, so not certain what side effects those cause, but that might have made the difference. Will return and not buy again. Most of the vitamins were far more than the daily requirement.
