these are to help support the liver. Best to start taking to support a healthy live, but can help a not so healthy one. It doesn't really have a taste. They come in a flavorless gel cap that doesn't dissolve so fast it comes apart in your mouth. It does absorb quickly for an oral supplement. I prefer the dual acting, Milk Thistle with Dandelion, like these are.
I am SO IMPRESSED by the delivery of this product! It was delivered timely, and the company that sent out the Milk Thistle made sure I had no problems with taking this supplement. Definitely will buy again.
I haven't really had these long enough to know if they work or not. The order was delivered on time.
I use this supplement for a healthy liver - sually a lower strength - hoping this (stronger) one is ok.
I take milk thistle every day. It's great for the liver. I decided to try this one because it said "liver cleanse". As far as I can tell, it is pretty much equal to any other milk thistle I've taken.
Ithought it was a nice price with the added dandilion root was apealing. Unfortunately the milk thistle extract silymarin is low. It is recommended to be 200 to 420 daily. This is Not a very good source I'll have to take 2 defeating the how long the bottle will last. I wish the milk thistle was higher quality.
Not sure why but I took this a few times, and it gave me ferocious heartburn. Probably just my stomach. will try one more time in a couple of weeks. :-(
just ok for some of my need, but not as good or helps with everything that what i was using took care of.
Ordered this item when on sale but never received shipment and had trouble even getting a refund for the "lost" item. Can purchase other Milk Thistle that is a little cheaper.
Well, I've taken these for a while and they don't seem to be doing anything. I think it's just a waste of money.
