First of all, it tastes really good. It tastes like a caramel candy. I would be tempted to eat more but I don't want to much iodine. I don't get this every single month because my stack is already expensive. But when I do I notice a huge improvement in my nails and skin. My nails really grow long and strong. So much that I can just paint them and they would look good. But I have also noticed that when I do extended fasts and take these, I have a weird headache that does not usually occur during fasts. I am talking about 3 days with just apple juice and water. So, I guess some people wouldn't call that a fast. Also, we don't want to overdo it with iodine. so, I use it maybe every three months or when I notice my skin and nails breaking. I also take it when I am feeling under the weather.

its individually wrapped exactly like a stsrbust. It is the color of molasses. i expected it to taste terrible but for the health benefits I'll take it for the team. i was pleasantly surprised to find it taste very doable %26 much like a molasses piece of soft taffy. i can do this daily.

This flavor and texture was a real turn off. I tasted shreds which I assume was sea moss? After using 2 other products by this brand monthly for several years, it was a huge disappointment.

We like the capsule product they have, but the taste of this chewable type, well, not so tasty or easy to chew, unless your young with great teeth. we highly recommend the same brand capsule!
