I've been buying these capsules for a few years, since eating mushrooms for health %26 energy became a ‘thing'. I first tried Force Factor's 8 mushroom chews, but I didn't care for the flavor %26 I didn't notice any extra energy! I just happened to see the capsules on the shelf next to the chews, %26 decided to give them a try - heck, 10 ‘shroom's have to be better than 8, right?? My philosophy was proved correct!! I wasn't getting all my work done in 15 minutes, but I was able to give up my nap, %26 feel a little virtuous that it was due to a healthy habit.

I keep hearing about how good mushrooms are for us now. So I thought I would try it. They are small capsules, so easy to swallow with a drink. No flavor. It's hard to eat all the things that are supposed to be good for us every day. So I think using supplements is a very good idea.

I actually had a Customer in the store recommend them to me. I'm 66 years old and I've always been sensitive to stimuli., alcohol, caffeine, etc. I started taking these chewables on May 11th. I'm only chewing 1 a day to start. Like I said I am sensitive. With in minutes I get a mild head rush with a mild headache that lingers for about an hour. I know that I haven't been taking this chewable to notice any difference in my overall health. If things change I. will update this review.

I'm having problems w/low energy. I've never used mushrooms before, but I feel a noticeable boost in energy while taking the capsules w/the 10-mushroom combo. I originally tried Force Factor's chewable, 7-mushroom combo, %26, while it tasted good, I didn't get any energy boost w/that. The 10- mushroom combo must include a mushroom that works well for me, or that combo is just what I need! Either way, I really like it!!

To be fair my taste buds are heightened so I can't judge the taste by normal standards. I know that I did not like them. They were very soft. But that is all that I liked about them. They had some kind of weird after taste to me. I also wanted to find a product with more mushrooms and benefits to it. So my in the trash they went.

I have ordered these before and they were good. This latest batch I just picked up today were disgusting. I opened up the first one and popped it in my mouth expecting a cinnamon roll taste. Instead, it tasted like burnt coffee. I spit it out thinking maybe it was the wrong flavor or something, so I double checked the container. It was cinnamon roll but didn't taste like it. I grabbed another to taste, and it wasn't as bad as the first but not the sweet cinnamon roll flavor I remembered them as having.

I have been taking these for months. Usually the chews have a sweet flavor that tastes good. The recent bottle I got tastes different. They are bitter and have a bad after taste. They are also harder to chew. I won't be buying more if this the new flavor.
