I have not researched other products yet but I wanted something that I could have delivered the same day. I have been using these for over a week and I have not had any leg cramps since I started using these. I was taking a magnesium supplement and using magnesium lotion and still having lots of problems with leg cramps, especially at night. I have had none since I started taking these. Someone told me that L Threonate was the best magnesium supplement for cramps and for me that is true. I have tried several different types of magnesium supplements and this has work better for me than anything else.

Skeptical at first, I've been taking magnesium OTC pills to prevent leg cramps, gradually learning that mag-glyconate was superior to the other formulations. After researching the other ‘brain' supplements , Magtien stood out as a real possibility, plus it was a chew rather than a horse pill. Not cheap, but I started noticing cognitive and strength improvements very soon, plus they tasted good. I bought my 82 year old friend, who is just a month older yet feeling pretty decrepit, a bottle, and he reports that his strength is returning and he is ordering more for himself. It works

I was reluctant to try a chewable supplement… no regrets. As it melts and mixes with the saliva the supplement rapidly works as described. Highly recommend this product.

I don't care for the taste or the texture... you have to chew for a longer time because of the texture. I buy a lot of supplements in gummy form, and I can barely take these. I will not purchase these again.

Healthy?? I think not, with a ton of SUGAR in it. That was not as prominate a warning as I think that warrants. I don't even dare to give it away to homeless, as I am afraid they would eat it like candy and overdose on the Magensium. And, what about a warning against leaving untended around children? To summarize: Ridiculous and maybe even dangerous (my husband;s a diabetic and it could send his glucose number skyrocketing).

Beware! Daily dose is FOUR CHEWS not two like the other stuff. You only get 15 days supply per bottle! Makes it 4x more expensive than the regular beet chews!! Felt very scammed to see that after it arrived. Way too expensive!

I thought these were absolutely vile and take forever to chew. To me it tasted like a bad now and later mixed with Vaseline. Didnt work nearly as well as the capsules. Also super high in sugar
