I ate these every day for a month, and my nails have never been stronger. The flavor is very good. The only thing I would suggest is to put them in your pant pocket for a minute before eating so that the chew gets a bit soft with your body warmth. These chews otherwise will hurt your teeth and jaw because they are a bit hard without this step.

These squares are full of flavor and are easy to eat with a texture similar to Starburst candies. They are full of vitamins and collagen keeping you going all day long! Serving size is two so I have me in the morning and one before bed as a sweet treat.

My skin appeared thicker. Before taking these my skin was thin and a bump would cause a cut on my arms and bleed. I would have bandages all over my arms. Lately my arms are clear no bandages.

The flavor has completely changed. It was once fruity and flavorful, but now it not fruity or flavorful. I went on the website to see what changed and it said an adjustment to the recipe was made.

This is fine I am just not seeing any results that I wanted. I was taking it hoping to get some hair growth during meds and after going off some meds that caused hairloss and thinning hair. No change that I have noticed after months. Zero. I don't think any nail change either. If there has been any nail change it has been very little so not easily noticeable.

First thing I noticed was the amount of sugar. Not recommended if you are on a keto diet. Avoid if you are on any blood thinners or plan on getting any blood work done. It's not a good source of iron. Can't really say it helped for joint pain. Doesn't work as a fat burner. Not sure why there would be any total war. Make sure you are healthy when taking as it might cause heart palpitations. Another reason to possibly avoid is it's not collagen. It may add nutrients to support the collagen already in your body. For me and my experience not satisfied with this one.

I am beginning to think it's either this brand or my taste buds. lol. This is the second item I have used from them that I did not find tasty. pros for me..portable, convenient, easy to chew/swallow, affordable, available, smelled great cons...taste Not sure if it was beneficial or not. I could not finish the container. I did not like the taste.

I have been buying this item for over a year and it has been great. I just purchased it again and they have changed it. The soft chews are smaller in size and have a nasty taste. It reminds me of the smell of coconut sun tan lotion. Unfortunately, not be buying it again and will throw out the rest.
