Well, what can I say about a vitamin? This is better than smaller iu sizes if you need more in the winter. My Dr recommended 4000iu for winter. This product is a good value. They are caps so they go down the hatch very easily. No flavor to worry about. Just pop one in your mouth and drink water. I recommend using this…if this is the amount your Dr says to take. You can’t split in half or anything like that because it is a gel type capsule. I will buy it again when I run out.

Always purchase these supplements at Walmart as they have brands that are trusted and their prices are better than other places. These vitamin D supplements are easy to swallow as they are a small gel capsule.

My doctor recommended that I take D3 for brain fog, exhaustion, and general health. Because I take them (3 days a week) with a glass of water, I don’t taste them. These fit the bill with a reasonable price.

What a great value price on this Natures Bounty Vitamin D3 72 count soft gels. This is the higher dose of D3 at 250 mcg. This bottle will last me over two months. Walmart.com has great value pricing plus super fast shipping straight to my home.

The price increases in less than a year is crazy but I need vitamin D so here we are. It provides for body what it promises, blood work improved and I’ll continue to take it.

The only reason I cannot give a true review on this product is because I fell into that well of out of stock on my normal D3 And I have not had even a full month use on this product yet to give a true review and I doubt I will continue using it if I can find my previous product in stock somewhere again.
