Nature’s Bounty Biotin Supplement, 10000mcg, 120 Rapid Release Softgels

A nurse recommended this to me. I get those red blotches on my forearms because of thinned blood (by medication). Biotin can speed up healing process and it has done so. Also there are some side effects, which by the way are not negative. Biotin will help your nails grow faster as well as your hair. In my case I can say those side effects are working. As always with any medications or supplements such as Biotin, touch base with your doctors.

i have been taking the 10,000mcg of Biotin gel caps for years and they have really worked for me. i have seen a difference in the growth of my hair and nails! i would recommend them to everyone that have slow growth of hair and nails! I take 1 gel cap every morning .

I have been using these since 2021 my hair has never been this good and in it's best condition and my skin is great. so good for the nails I was without it awhile and my nails showed the signs can't be without this again helps keep your nails from being brittle and it helps with your hair as well and skin who would think a supplement like this would do so many wonderful things for the body.

Fantastic buy for Biotin. Without me taking this everyday my nails break and I have hair that gets damaged and falls out a bit more than needed. I love that its a great amount of gel tabs for the price. I will not have to buy a new bottle for quite awhile. Good choice for those on a budget. Oh-and with this strength you only have to take one a day.

Can only speak for 'me'... and in less than 12 wks I've seen a great improvement in fiingernail growth and strength - but little improvement in scalp hair growth.

These pills are small capsules and have no taste that I've noticed. I need to stop my hair falling out in clumps and these seem to have helped slow it down. The price is great for what I needed!

I have been using these vitamins about a week now, My hair is already growing Not much difference in my nails and skin, I had been using the tablets that dissolves in your mouth and they were good, The only thing about these U need to take them with food But they are easy to swallow Other than that I am going to keep taking them.
