I've purchased and use this product multiple times I haven't really seen any real hair growth but I will say my nails are definitely stronger and they grow very quickly I would like to contribute it to both this vitamin as well as my diet and the fact that I drink a lot of water so taking this vitamin alone may not allow you to achieve your goal of longer stronger hair and nails but it definitely is a great support to whatever your regular regimen is Lasley you must drink a great deal of water with this product if you don't you will have severe acne

We live in Florida and ordered these in August. The packing was good, but it was left in the mailbox in the hot sun for about 2 hours. The gel caps all fused together due to the heat. We had to cut open the bottle and pick the gel caps apart one by one. They were really stuck together and it took quite a bit of time. We lost a few since they will open and leak if you apply too much pressure when pulling apart.

I took biotin because I wanted my hair to stay healthy as I grew it out. I'm 24 and what was unaware of was that taking biotin when you produce normal amounts will actually do more damage in the long run. I've stopped taking it since but I think this is a decent product that's easy to take.
