L-Theanine Capsules (200 MG) (30 Capsules)

I skipped the tablet couple of times, nothing happened. But once I stopped taking them for 3 nights, boom some kind of restlessness. It's hard to explain but there was some kind of uneasy chatter, as if my brain is going numb (something parallel to hands or legs going numb). Never consuming it again, not the 200mg variant.

I have found that this brand of L-theinine works noticably better than others I've tried. I'm not sure how that's possible, given that they should have the same amount of the same ingredients listed. However, it does prove superior to spring valley (that's the only other brand I've used, which I recall the name of), even at the same dosage.

I trust Nutra cost with all my supplements. They third-party test, which is so important to know that they are held to a high standard and meet or exceed that

If you have issues with sleep and stress this is a must. It helped me so much.
