This L-theanine supplement has been a game-changer for me. When I take it with my coffee, I have abundant energy that lasts all day. Even more importantly, it has significantly reduced my daily anxiety, allowing me to take only half of my "as-needed" prescription medication. The tropical flavor of the chewable tablets was a challenge at first, and it took a while to get used to. But the positive effects on my energy and anxiety made it worth sticking with. I eventually found that the taste is quite manageable, especially if I swish some orange/pineapple juice (which I drink daily anyway) right after. I find these tablets incredibly beneficial and plan to keep them as a permanent part of my routine.

This is daily supplement I use, and this brand has a chewable tablet in a tropical flavor. If you drink matcha for theanine, this is a good supplement when you don't want caffeine. I notice my focus and mood feel difference when I go without for awhile and then begin taking it regularly again. I like that it's a chewable tablet without having to be a sugary gummy. This is my favorite L/Theanine chewable due to the large tasty flavor and I think it has xylitol sweeten

Product is listed as chewable but I found that it's too hard to be comfortably called chewable. Needs to be much softer

I had high hopes for this supplement, but my symptoms worsened after I started taking it. It may work well for others, but it didn't agree with me. I discontinued using it and would recommend monitoring how you feel if you decide to try it.

After taking one bottle I felt no difference. Very disappointing.
