I read about L-theanine online, %26 my wife raved about Olly Stress gummies which primarily contains L-theanine. I decided to try Best Naturals because I've had good experiences with their products. From Day 1, I felt better, slept better, worried less, %26 felt like myself again. I take two a couple hours before bed. No side effects I know of. I bought 3 more bottles to make sure I had them. No problems with any other prescriptions I take, either.

I don't know what other people take it for but i've had depression all my life took Xanax did not like it .found this and it works. I take two pills 200 mg each that's just for me personally I don't know what you would need and I'm fine no more sadness just normal. I can get out of bed. This L-Theanine was a great value. 200mg tablets in very easy to swallow small 'coin' tablets. Works right within 30 mins and my anxiety and ability to handle work stress at home while my 5 year old nephew is constantly interrupting me, which used to have me VERY irritable but now I handle the situations better.

I learned about L-Theanine as a sleep aid from the Huberman podcast. It has worked for me and helped me stop using other things that have side effects.

L-Theanine is a product I take to help with stress. By tablet, it's less expensive than formulas with other ingredients that are being sold at a much higher price. Best to do your own research.
