Taste fine. Personally doesn't do a whole lot for me but everyone is different. Mary Ruth's is a good brand and it's worth a try.

JUST TRY IT!!
I didn't think it would help as much as it truly does! It works best for me when I take it at night. I sleep so well and I am much happier the next day. Currently very perimenopausal soooo this HELPS!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THISS, I noticed a huge improvement in my anxiety and overall mental health, this is a part of my daily routine and a bottle usually lasts me about a month. I also use CALM magnesium in my daily routine for my anxiety and GAME CHANGER !!! To all my anxious and stressed peeps out there!'

This product tastes really good and makes me sleep like a baby. For some reason it hasn't helped my kids sleep though.

Did not work for me
I really wanted to like this. I got this from Walmart as it was on sale. I just don't sleep a lot of nights. I read up on it. I put the amount in the dropper %26 put it into my Glucerna drink. It was gross but ok. My reaction was that I felt nauseous %26 got a migraine. I also was wide awake all night. I tossed it but I am glad I tried it.
