Great B Complex Drops
Best way for your body to absorb B complex is under your tongue where absorption is ideal and MaryRuth's is top quality. Cherry flaovr is much tastier than Strawberry, btw.

After a couple of bottles, my nails got stronger. Its the best form of B, tastes good, gives me energy %26 helps with brain fog too. I take 1/2 dropper daily.

YUM!!!
Decade long Vegetarian here and have been advised my PCP to take a B Complex supplement since my diet is almost completely devoid of these vitamins. This is my 4th day of taking Mary Ruth's Vegan B Complex liquid drops and my only complaint is I wish I could take more than the 0.5mL daily dose because it is soooo tasty!! It's like eating liquid candy! Also, I can take it on an empty stomach (something I wouldn't dare do with most vitamins I've taken). I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and look forward to trying other products from the Mary Ruth's company.
