I've recently started experiencing stomach aches when drinking coffee in the morning so I thought I'd give this a try to help with energy first thing in the morning. So I add a full packet to 18 ounces of cold water. I have to give it a really good shake and it dissolves fully. The taste is not super sweet nor sour. It's pretty well balanced but I'd say it leans slightly into the sour flavors. I feel good after. It's not the same level of “up” that caffeine provides; it's more mellow. I enjoy it as a caffeine alternative, the best I've tried.

It has good ingredients. I put one pack in 8-10oz of water. It blends easily. The strawberry lemonade flavor is so good!

The blueberry açaí flavor was a little strong and left a little weird after taste, but I could still tolerate it. After drinking the product for about a week I noticed more balance in my mood and energy. It was easy to prepare, but I recommend not using cold water or the powder will clump together. I also split the packet in 2 glasses of water due to the strong taster. Overall, this is a good and I would try again.

When I first started it, I actually noticed my cycle starting on time. I've not been consistent with taking it so far. I usually use a myo inositol + chryo d inositol powder that I also lack consistency with.

It was easy to prepare you just mix cold water and the solution and ice if you would like. When you add ice it can clump up so dissolve with water first then add ice.
