I believe that this product is the same as what I was getting for twice the amount and I appreciate Walmart's brand because I cannot afford the first brand that came out and I need help with my memory after having a brain injury and also after knowing that my mom had dementia I have worried that I would have it too and because of my brain injury my family didn't listen to me about the different things that I have been experiencing since my brain injury it was like I told them and showed them the evidence from the psychologist after my traumatic brain injury from the accident but it was like they just didn't believe me I have a moderate to severe brain damage shown from St Francis Hospital and now they're starting to think I have Alzheimer's all the sudden because of some stupid commercial talking about how some people can get combative but my doctor says my brain is as smart as it can be and I am nowhere near having any signs of Alzheimer's that I need to ignore them and keep taking this medicine and all the other vitamins that I take for my brain health it really helps and I'm so glad Walmart has a cheaper brand.

This is a great product and a great price for brain management tools for focusing, memory, ,energy, and the works. Other similar products cost twice as muc. Thanks Walmart.

I like these capsules allot the size of the capsule is easy to swallow and the ingredients are easy to read plus the absorbency on the stomach give you energy.

They are helping with my brain fog from menopause. It is not totally gone, but it is a LOT better. I am still on my first bottle, and plan on buying another when this one runs out.

So far this product seems pretty good. I need to know if there are any major side effects because I noticed my mom has been using the restroom a lot. Outside of that, she's more alert and not as forgetful.

Helps me feel clearer headed. The jury is still out on memory; MIGHT be helping some, however, I am using it anyway for the clarity, and possible long-term benefits just in case! So far, not seeing any side effects, other than a lighter wallet. My opinion may change over time, but Walmart doesn't let you edit.

My 93 year old mother has been taking this for about 3 years due to cognitive decline. There has not been any progression of her decline since taking this and sometimes surprises us with her short term recall.

This was supposed to be the same as the more expensive ones. My understanding was that I would feel better in a few days, which my friend said that she found with the real one. I was hoping to be able to get the same results with this one. I'll have to keep trying. Or give it up.
