This product helps with my knee pain substantially! Hopefully I can avoid a knee replacement for many years. This pill is tasteless, but for those who have a difficult time swallowing large pills, you may have to break them in half. Very good product!

I developed severe right leg pain in back of leg and knee cap. Had problem sbout nine weeks before got in to doctor. He did X-rays and gave me prescription pain reliever. But happened to buy and try Move On before prescription. Seemed like minor relief after first day. End of week, a noticeable difference. This is not the one for me. I'll get the other one because the pill is smaller. You have to take two of these and you only have to take one of the other one the smaller pill.

This pill was so huge that even when I cut it in half I could hardly swallow it. I have never had a problem taking a pill before especially this large, but this is totally not OK. I am returning this bottle.
