I feel a difference when I take these
I am ordering my 2nd bottle. I have taken another brand of gummy vitamins before. I prefer MaryRuth's better necause I feel a difference. I feel less tired and the B-12 form in this multi vitamin is natural (methyltetrahydrofolate)

Guilty pleasure
I wanted to find a good quality multi vitamin, but wasn't thrilled about my choice being a gummy. Oh my goodness these taste so good that I look forward to taking them. Lol! I can only presume that they are doing their job supplemental wise because how can you really tell?

Ridiculous Packaging
Cannot open this jar. Three people have tried to open it and were unable. We will be returning it.
