This is a good product. However the price it's like playing Wack A Mole. Sometimes the price is just right and then the change the price, makeing it impossible to afford it.
Great tasting Magnesium for sleep! One spoonful is all it takes! As it states it starts helping you fall asleep about 30 minutes after taking it. And it tastes delicious!
It's a great alternative to a pill.
Love this product, but you need to be that it's not bulging when you purchase it. If it spews when you open it, just return for a new one.
So the taste of this is not that good. I tried mixing it in beverages alone and then just downing it. It was easier just to down it. However, it really helped me sleep a lot better . I noticed that some of my other issues with leg cramps and such went away as well. I would definitely recommend trying this. I have not slept through the night solidly in years prior to taking this. I would not wake once I tried it.
I like that I can add it to make cold coffee in the morning as a creamer. It taste very good and doesn't upset my stomach.
It will do in a pinch. We ordered this, because the place where I usually get my liposomal magnesium, they were out of stock. and they couldn't tell me when the next shipment would be in. and it was going to take a week to receive if I ordered online. I'm at Walmart site I could get this one next day. Honestly I do not like the flavor in any way shape or form. the price point was good and delivery was excellent. however, this has a higher amount of the magnesium then my original product. unfortunately I just can't get past the taste.

Product had gone bad twice. Mary Ruth's customer service is resourced in another country and not very responsive. Expensive mistake. Do better.
