MaryRuth's Organics Liquid Magnesium Blend, Raspberry Lemonade, Energy Support, 15 fl oz

I bought this because I was having problems swallowing my magnesium Glycinate capsules or any capsules, even foods. I really like that I can drink liquid magnesium Glycinate. This tastes good and I was very happy to have found this product.

Supplements and vitamins in this house are something we take daily for health. Liquid vitamins are easiest to ingest for kids and those like me with digestive issues. They absorb faster and to me they taste much better than ant pill or capsule form. (Ever try to get a child to take capsules? Why "fight" with them when you don't have to.) We really love Mary Ruth's and although they can be considered "costly" to some, to us they are worth it. Health is wealth!

Helpful for falling asleep and stay asleep. Only downfall is having to mix it in water or you can just drink the liquid by itself.

I like this product. It seems to be economically priced for the amount you get. It tastes great too!

Has a wonderful taste. I feel the difference I'm relaxed, it improved sleep, I'm not waking up all times of the night.

Great flavor and results! Only complaint is the “liquid” is more of a thick syrup consistency and can be difficult to mix into a drink or other liquid.

I bought this product to help my toddler sleep better. I can easily say I used the whole bottle before writing this review and it didn't help anything. I guess it depends on what you want to use it for but for my purpose its not great. It lasted 3-4 months which is great value for your money.

I used it in my water. Could not tell after a month if it helped. I don't think I'll be buying again.

Did not taste good - better than the iron supplement but it's still awful tasting. Will opt for pills next time.
