I have tried several different products and this one is the one for me. I immediately felt a difference. I'm feeling better and more energetic because I'm getting a great nights sleep. I pair this with Glycine and magnesium citrate. Wow! What a difference.

Great supplement, does exactly what it is supposed to do. Shipping was an issue, Walmart used FedEx, and unfortunately my product ended up in the FedEx shipping hub Troutdale Oregon. Basically a black hole for shipping. Stuck there for 7 days before it finally departed the hub.

NAC was supposedly developed in the 1960's when the Heroin addiction rate was then exceptional and there was a need for rapid detoxification of patients. While intended for that purpose, it was found to be a general detoxifier for other contaminants, including simple pollution or other man-made by-products. I've been taking it for years and it was even recommended by my General Practioner MD whose wife is a Naturaopathic MD. It brings my Liver functions into the acceptable range and seems to help with common afflictions such as colds or flu. When Covid-19 hit, I understood the CDC and FDA prohibited distribution in the US as it was believed to be a cure, but not substantiated as such. When I found this here at Walmart for the same price I paid previously on Amazon I bought a two year supply. Expiration date shows NOV 2023. I'm happy with this deal.

I 've purchased this before at higher price so I bought MANY at this great price. the 1st 2 bottles were fine and passed the yes its smelly test, which is a good indicator you have a good brand. then next bottle, no smell. i opened another and again no smell! I think they're this price because they've expired? Im not very pleased as I need this stuff to breathe. I'll go back to better brands, ( NOT NOW brand!same issue there) I wish the company would contact me or I may just contact them and hopefully return these other bottles. when they're so low priced there's a reason! live
