This definitely does relax you definitely will help you sleep , I couldn't see myself taking this during the daytime though I would have to take it before bed ️, cuz it makes you drowsy and groggy, and you definitely feel groggy the next morning

I got these to help with perimenopausal symptoms, mostly sleep. It has helped with night sweats, relaxation, and has given me deeper sleep. It has helped better than melatonin, OTC sleeping pills, and even some prescription sleeping medication. I highly recommend this brand as well! I tried a few other brands and they just don't pack the punch that this one does. I will continue to buy this product in the future.

my husband used to get muscle cramps very often. so i thought he could take this and see what happens. the pill is 3/4 of an inch in length. not that hard to swallow. since he is into some medications, we decided for him to just take this one pill daily. and he hasn't had a cramping episode since. so i say it works! wish it was a little more affordable.

Should be offered in capsul form. My mistake in ordering tablet form didn't read description well enough.

This is not the formula that I normally ordered—can't use—hard to swallow—I need the formula that is encased in a capsule that is easy to swallow!!!
