I've been using this for just over a month and it really has helped curb my appetite! I still get some cravings but those seem to be more connected to emotional eating than anything else. I'm very satisfied with smaller portions and find it much easier to resist eating when I'm not hungry. I also feel like I stay full longer but this hasn't slowed my digestion to the point of discomfort, which my sister has experienced taking GLP injections. This is working well for me at a much more reasonable price than the celebrity-endorsed similar product. Definitely reordering, and telling my friends about it, too!

I am loving this product. I have been taking them for 3 weeks. I can feel the effects. My sugar cravings are down and even after eating bad for Christmas there is no bloat or swelling. Usually I have bloat and swelling after the Holidays because of sugar and sodium intakes. Great product! I will purchase again.
