I have been taking these for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed an increase in my mood and energy levels. Ive been taking the recommended dose of 4 capsules per day which may seem like a lot, but is worth it to achieve all of the benefits. It does have a bit of a strong smell/taste but it doesn't really bother me!

Amazing complex, great benefits, quality, ingredients, full of antioxidants etc. The pills also not too big. it does have a bit of fishy smell because of Omega oil which I am not a fan of but oh well. It has not taste however. I am 33 and take this complex daily.

I bought this product after careful comparison with other alternatives because it is an impressively comprehensive multivitamin, and ingredients are in the most bioavailable format. The capsules are medium in size, not the easiest to take if you are sensitive to capsule taste and aroma as I am, but definitely manageble and I am getting used to them.
