What I like most about the vitamin is that with just one bottle I'm able to eliminate at least 10 bottles of various vitamins that I was taking daily with this one particular product. I'm getting virtually all the vitamins and nutrients that I was seeking out individually in the past!

for some who has ibs these vitamins dont irritate the gut and thats what i like about them over all a good source vitamins to have .
