Really works
I take 1 pill of L-theanine before going to sleep daily combined with glycine and magnesium. It helps me to wake up more focused and more ready-to-go. I do not feel like I want to stay in bed for extra 1-2 hours as before

If you're already wide awake and grinding away at work and like coffee then jam down a couple cups of coffee with one of these and you will find a very concentrated and relaxed calm.They have a synergistic effect when used together

Nutricost has low cost supplements. I take this with caffeine to avoid the jittery energy. Capsules are easy to swallow. will buy again

Do not buy!
Did not like the way I felt the morning after.Took awhile to work and when it did I had a really bad hang-over the next morning.Going to throw it away.Money wasted!
