I take 2 of these twice a day. Not only does it help me relax, but helps with "hangover" I get from one of my meds. Works as well, as fast as coffee, only it also helps with sluggish thoughts, etc., that coffee can't help me with. When I take it at night, I relax within 30 minutes or less, smoothly. I refuse to do without this supplement. I scan the old bottle to reorder more while there are a few left in the old bottle. If there are any side effects, I have not experienced ANY. My family (several) take them, too, got me started. No side effects there, either.

I never recieved the item.

Did not like the way I felt the morning after.Took awhile to work and when it did I had a really bad hang-over the next morning.Going to throw it away.Money wasted!
