This is an amazing product and delivers everything it promises. Great for stress. Great to relax and prepare for going to sleep. If you are tired, be careful about using while driving. I have tried many brand. This is a great one. I definitely recommend.

I've been taking Ashwagandha for about two years now, and I feel like it has helped with my mental stability. I first heard about it on the internet, and thought I would give it a try, and I'm pleased with the results. I think I will be taking this supplement for the rest of my life to support my mental condition and brain health.

I absolutely love this brand for ashwaganda. I take at night n it relaxes me n I sleep like a baby on it. Any time I'm stressed n something going on I take these n calms me right down. only issue i have is price tho. Can't afford it every month n found a different ashwaganda from a vitamin company cheaper, more quantity n has guana in it I believe it is called n that one really helps men in performance n other things as my husband takes it. Could I afford this brand tho I'd be getting bc I like it better.

I cannot do pictures but this item is wanderful the taste is good and it allowed you a better sleep. You wake up feeling rested, overall it's made you feel good.Ashwagandha is really a good item to add to your diet it will treat you good.

My daughter in law told me about ashwagandha, that it worked well to ease stress and help with relaxing for falling to sleep. I as well I found the supplement to help with relaxing and felt some stress relief. It isn't a miracle pill! I don't believe there is a pill that will make all stress go away. It did help enough to make me feel better. I feel Walmart's pricing on the supplement is a good value. I will keep buying ashwagandha from Walmart.

Read this before you ever take it: there is an insane amount of ashwaganda in the daily suggestion of four tablets. KSM-66, one of the ingredients, is a super concentrated form of ashwaganda, generally 10:1. This means if you take 4 tablets with the 600mg KSM-66 that comes in this plus the 800mg root extract, you're having roughly 6,800mg of ashwaganda. In medicinal terms, this is the equivalent of using a sledgehammer instead of a scalpel. It's way more than you need and while I do trust this brand, it amazes me that the direction is simply "Take 4 tablets once daily" with no other advice. While not dangerous by any means, this amount of relaxation at once, especially if you're not used to it, is massive. I highly recommend taking 1-2 to start (which will make it last longer too) and remember this isn't meant to be taken long-term. Usually 2-3 months at a time at most with a month break to let your body reset. I took less ashwaganda than this (like 3000mg) for about 3 weeks and even my girlfriend noticed I was basically emotionally numb and I had no feelings. I'm just saying, do your research, please don't take the 4 tablets a day to start out (unless you're already acclimated), and it's really not necessary to take that much ever anyway.

It's not just ashvaganda but also bunch of unnecessary addition supplements. Big size of the pill, 4 capsules once a day. No, don't recommend, will never buy again.

This item came in a damaged box and the safety seal on the actual bottle had already been broken and removed, therefore will not be using this out of safety concerns.
