I lost 50 pounds with these. They're amazing. I honestly feel like without them I gain weight so it's definitely a supplement to take daily not just while attempting to lose weight in my opinion. But regardless these are amazing. No jittery feeling(which I don't mind a jittery feeling but really can't tell you've even taken anything when using these). The mental clarity as well is really great. I swear by them, I thought I was never going to lose my baby weight and I'm back at a size 1. Sometimes I do double the dosage but like I said there's no physical feeling of taking them so it doesn't really bother me to do so. Definitely worth a try for anyone else.

I started taking this probiotic because I had been off of my regular probiotic for a few months and needed to get back on one because my IBS was acting up again. I wanted an affordable, easy to get probiotic. Little did I know that this probiotic was going to become a complete game changer when it came to the terrible, daily bouts of GERD symptoms that I had been having for over a year. Nothing helped no matter what I did, and this made my symptoms almost 100% better. Flash forward to 2 Months ago when I decided to try a new probiotic aimed at helping with menopause symptoms because those were hitting me hard. After 2 days without this probiotic, my daily GERD symptoms were back again. I restarted this one and sure enough, they disappeared over the next couple of days. I have tried a lot of probiotics in my life, I even used to sell a pricey one. I don't know what this has in it that fixes my GERD problem, but I don't even care as long as I have it available. I was scheduled for an upper GI prior to starting it and canceled my appoint because my symptoms were gone. I do take a prescription drug for GERD too, but before this, it wasn't working either.

This probio slim bottle it's okay, not what I expected. But I will use it anyway I thought I was getting gummies cuz they help to help me lose weight I will look for some gummies later thank you so much.

THERE'S A SIGN AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE DOOR THAT SAYS "ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE BROUGHT DIRECTLY TO THE APARTMENT AND NOT LEFT ANYWHERE ELSE. Not working out for weight loss at all. It's a waste of money.
