I've been dealing with the most uncomfortable night sweating, mood swings and interrupted sleep for some time now. Until I went to my doctor and took some tests/ answered some questions, I didn't know that I was going through menopause. The results were amazing. So, its not always true that the higher priced product is better than its generic version. This worked for me! The night sweats have significantly decreased. Although my sleep is still interrupted, I am somehow waking in the mornings feeling well rested and reaady to start my day. There's no grogginess or fatigue. Its recommended to take for at least 2 or 3 months for best results. I plan to keep taking it but it hasn't been a month and I already notice the changes. So I highly recommend this product for help with menopause symptoms.

If you want your hair and nails to grow then this is DEFINITELY your product! I truly need a haircut every 4-5 weeks. I won't say it's truly affecting Menopause or weight loss because for me it definitely did not affect it in either way. But I keep taking it because my hair growth is awesome

I was taking black cohosh alone to help with perimenopause, but it wasn't cutting it for my night sweats. I decided to try this and since then, I've only have one or two bad nights a month as opposed to two weeks! I will never stop taking this!!

I stared on the weight control formula but it's never in stock anymore. These work just as well to manage my symptoms. Really works to keep hot flashes and night sweats at bay. No need to spend triple the price on name brand. These work.

This product worked great the first time I tried it. I took it for years and my flashes and night sweats disappeared. I had to stop using it since it was out of stock for a long time. When I saw it was back in stock a few months ago I was so excited and purchased multiple boxes. Well needless to say I am disappointed as it has been several months and my hot flashes are back and so are the night sweats. I am not sure if my body became immune or if the formula changed, but it no longer seems to work.

I really wanted these to work for me, however they did not. My hot flashes have been more severe while using it. It contains black cohosh and maybe it's what isn't working for me!

This is NOTHING like Estroven. Not only is it 5 times bigger (which means lots of additives) but it does nothing for any of my menopause symptoms. I still get night sweats at night and hot flashes all day long. I stopped getting them all together with Estroven. Will never purchase this again.
