I've been using this for approx 2 years now and I believe it helps a lot! I still get some hot flashes but not like before and they don't last as long. Same ingredients as name brand for half the price!

I've been dealing with the most uncomfortable night sweating, mood swings and interrupted sleep for some time now. Until I went to my doctor and took some tests/ answered some questions, I didn't know that I was going through menopause. It just wasn't something the women in my family talked about so I didn't know what it looked like or what to expect. Thankfully I'm now on some medications but I was still struggling with the night sweats and waking up between 3-4 am. I considered trying an additional supplement that might help but many of the items I found were super expensive. Then I found the equate brand. After I read the reviews, I decided to give it a try. The results were amazing. So, its not always true that the higher priced product is better than its generic version. This worked for me! The night sweats have significantly decreased. Although my sleep is still interrupted, I am somehow waking in the mornings feeling well rested and reaady to start my day. There's no grogginess or fatigue. Its recommended to take for at least 2 or 3 months for best results. I plan to keep taking it but it hasn't been a month and I already notice the changes. So I highly recommend this product for help with menopause symptoms.

wish these were available at all stores again. they are very hard to find now. but so worth the price!!

These work well and are reasonably priced. But of course they all and Walmart took them out of our local store%232027. I will never understand the stuff that sells they always yank out of the stores. It is an inconvience to have to order online.

I have been taking these for several years with my doctor's consent. However I'm only able to purchase them online now as my local Walmart's have not had them on their shelves for over a year. Don't take without consulting your physician.

Bought for GF to help control her menopausal hot flashes. She says this product is a God send %26 has dramatically reduced her hot flashes %26 their intensity. It helps her %26 at this price it's worth a try.

This did help with hot flashes only after using for a few weeks and if you skip a week because you cant afford to get more right away, my hot flashes returned. It doesnt completely take them away but it does help a lot. However, I decided to go back to just taking soy isoflavones because they are cheaper and work for me. The other ingredients...I dont know if they did anything else. I didnt see any other results from this. But everyone is different.

I don't think this really helped my symptoms at all! I did take it long enough to actually give it a fair chance.
