I used it for just a month because I ran out. It takes a while to take effect. Hot flashes seemed to be less often. I only missed 2 days before I bought more.

I got a 30 day supply and was out for 5 days, so I really can't tell a difference.This is 60 day supply, I would feel better rating when these are gone!?

I have really strong hot flashes and this didn't help at all. The other estrogen products with black cohosh work better for me. The equate generic brand with black cohosh also works great.

My doctor recommended this so I've been using it for annoy a year. My hot flashes have only improved slightly, my mood has improved a bit . I still get the night sweats just maybe not as severe. The pills are very small which makes them easy to swallow. I will be asking my doctor for an alternative.

I've been taking Estroven for over a month it hasn't did anything for me I'm still having got flashes mood swings and this was my second purchase I've purchased my first from Amazon and then a 60 day supply from Walmart and I'm still having night sweats and hot flashes like crazy I feel like it's a rip off
