I've only been using this item for about 2 weeks now I am also on medication for my doctor and I'm still having night sweats I'm still having hot flashes and mood swings so as of right now it's not working you know somebody that's been on it for longer if this is actually works because going through menopause is like going through reverse teenagerism it's horrible and I could really use something that works

My doctor recommended this so I've been using it for annoy a year. My hot flashes have only improved slightly, my mood has improved a bit . I still get the night sweats just maybe not as severe. The pills are very small which makes them easy to swallow. I will be asking my doctor for an alternative.

This particular version of Estroven didn't work for me as far as my depression and anxiety. The first one I bought was Estroven with Ashewaganda and it helped with my sleep and depression but when I ran out I bought this one thinking if it said "complete" it would work as well. It did not help even a little bit for my menopause depression and anxiety. It might work for other women who have other symptoms but not for me for those issues

I've been taking Estroven for over a month it hasn't did anything for me I'm still having got flashes mood swings and this was my second purchase I've purchased my first from Amazon and then a 60 day supply from Walmart and I'm still having night sweats and hot flashes like crazy I feel like it's a rip off
