I've been taking Estroven for over a month it hasn't did anything for me I'm still having got flashes mood swings and this was my second purchase I've purchased my first from Amazon and then a 60 day supply from Walmart and I'm still having night sweats and hot flashes like crazy I feel like it's a rip off

I have been taking Estroven Complete for 2 months. I started taking 1 a day. Zero relief from hot flashes and sweats. Second month I was taking 2-3 a day just to get rid of hot flashes. Still no change. After 2 months you would think I would get some relief. Not a single day or night without hot flashes or being drenched in sweat. This protect is worthless!! Don't waste your money.

I can only offer my 2 cents as a husband to a wife that takes this. The heat flashes are not as severe and I am still alive, with that being sad, this stuff REALLY works just like described. I started taking this last year when perimenopause started. It worked great, my doctor put me on the patch when I went to see her. The hot flashes came back with vengeance. I decided after 3 months to go back to this and now my hot flashes have almost completely gone again.

I still have nights where I would wake up sweating. The big plus for me was the small capsule you take per day instead of the competitors menopause supplements. The competitor size of capsules were larger than the Estroven. The competitors tablets required you to take 3 tablets at the start of your day. It's different from other menopausal women to feel the effects. I noticed Estroven symptoms started into the fifth week. Estroven does have side effects you may feel; there mild digestive upset, dizziness, or no symptoms at all. Since Estroven didn't give me the results I was hoping, I still would recommend trying it.

Torture for the 1st Couple Weeks!! It triggered nonstop hot flashes .... during double deadly heat situations in Memphis. I couldn't function. Not worth it :(
