This decreased the severity and frequency of my hot flashes. It starts working really fast and within the first dose. My only side effect was that it made me drowsy the first time I took it, other than that it does works as it should.

Wow!!! Finally something that took my hot flashes away! I was skeptical but need help with these crazy hot flashes. They are disrupting my sleep and makes me feel uncomfortable when I start turning red and fanning myself while others sit and shiver! I tried 2 other brands that didn't help but this worked by the 2nd night taking them.

So this review is from a husband trying to help out his wife. Anyhoo my wife has been going thru the change for the last year or so. We've talked and she told me some of the things that were going on in her body. Well I didn't understand so I asked my sister she said she was going thru it too. And she said she found some pills that actually helped her out with some of the symptoms. But the one that perked up my ears was the hot flashes. So she gave me the name and I looked up and it had to be shipped to us. But while looking those up, these popped up too. So I thought why not ya know. Well my wife started taking them and the hot flashes slowed way, way down. She'll get them every once in a while but not like she use to. Some days she'll go the whole day or days w/o one. She does say she gets cold now but she's kinda always been cold natured. But she did say she'd rather deal with that and cover up, instead of stripping and still be hot.

It helps with so many of the menopausal changes. Mood, energy, and wieght gain. I know when I'm not talking it my moods are all over the placd and I'm constatly exhausted. My only complaint is the bubble packing. All the pills are in these stupid bubble pack sheets. EVERY other supplement I take is a bottle, just like vitamins.

Expensive. Wait for the bargain if you can. Using this for a year to combat muffin top and hot flushes. Effective for both. I think it makes my hair fall out though so I use Viviscal and Minoxidil to counteract this

It does take around one month to start feeling the benefits, but its worth it! I still get hotflashes, but they aren't as severe nor last very long. Night sweats have been minimized as well. If you are looking for a non-hormone option, I would recommend this product.

This product is working very well. But this medication should be wrapped in bubble packaging to protect from damage. when i got this product the box was almost damaged

The product is not the problem! The product is lifesaving for me, The problem is the Vendor! they are terrible and my package came VERY DAMAGED! and I was without meds for 7 days due to their lack of ontime shipping!
