Spring Valley Vitamin B-50 Complex Dietary Supplement, 60 Count, Timed-Release Tablets for Metabolism Support

We wish that Walmart would stock this item on the shelf, but we always have to order it. It's not convenient for us to have to wait for a delivery, sometimes we maybe going out of town.

What can I say? It's a Vitamin C supplement and I have no way to tell if it is good or bad. Shipping/delivery was good and fast.

Good way to get your B vitamins. I've used it for years. Recently I actually tested as having too much B, so I now cut it in half to become a B-25/day.

This is a timed-release vitamin complex which includes Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium with Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. It provides daily metabolism support. The pill is yellow in color and does have a noticeable aftertaste. The aftertaste is the only reason I did not give full 5 stars.

This particular B-50 formulation has become my favorite and an essential supplement on active days. It generally follows the classic 50 milligrams or micrograms of everything recipe, as with age turns out to be perfect for long days of physical exercise or work, while supplying probably the maximum of B12 I can tolerate while healthy without feeding acne or infections. The tablets of this B-50 formulation, unlike the thicker related B-100 product, snap easily in fingers to take half on more sedentary days. I particularly personally enjoy very obvious benefits in how my body tolerates and metabolizes protein from the sufficient B6 and other B vitamins in this supplement. While not officially certified I see nothing in the ingredients of concern to kosher rules outside Passover, and vegetarians and vegans should also be happy. Five stars for everything and four stars for taste because B vitamins are an acquired taste, but nothing wrong with it and flavor is exactly as you'd expect for a minimally coated B complex tablet. Do keep your bottle dry/not in the bathroom medicine cabinet, as humidity will make any B complex stink and might degrade the tablets. Consult your healthcare provider, but it's nice to have an all-in-one complex that matches my B vitamin needs without overdoing e.g. the B12 or biotin I can have issues with. I enthusiastically recommend this particular formulation to active persons, and from this base of very sufficient amounts of all the common water soluble B vitamin forms, customers can experiment with whether adding any more B5 or folate brings any additional benefits, or B12 for y'all monsters who do benefit from even more while more only feeds acne in me. It may be worth talking to your doctor about particularly the B6 in this supplement, as very large amounts popular in past years could cause neuropathies, but the 50mg in this formula does appear to be in line with current US advice for the maximum that may be generally safe. I find I sure do 'burn through' B6 when physically active but don't really need much on sedentary days, so this formula and the easily halved tablets suits me well and much better than the supposedly more 'balanced' modern B Complex formulations that tend to quadruple the 2,083% of daily B12 already in this classic "B-50" formulation but dial back the B6 and other nutrients I'm actually needing on active days.

I was happy to be able to order this item online and have it shipped for free, but I wish it were still stocked in my local store like it used to be. It was also good to receive a slight discount for purchasing 2 units at once.

This is great. I would not advise you eat them. I have been using these for years as the scent which they produce seems to ward off flies and mosquitoes, etc. As long as I have taken them I have never been bitten by a bug. Before I knew about them I was bitten frequently.

they part of the order wrong. I ordered 2 bottles of B50 and received 1 bottle of b complex the other bottle was B12.,not what I ordered . Want a refund

The INCORRECT item was sent to me. I RECEIVED Fast Dissolving B12 2,500mcg tablets. I called the WAL-MART CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER (833) 235-2112 and AI CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT did an Outstanding job by looking up her policy and procedure for the wrong item being delivered: 1) it does NOT have to be returned, and 2) I will receive an EMAIL regarding the CORRECT item will be MAILED to me in a few days.

I paid for this item and I was notified was unavailable, but till today I haven't been refunded for it's value, so I need my money back and for shure I will not buy anything from walmart on line and I will write a review in google to let everybody know how walmart does charges without checking if the item is available and don't refund the customer for it.
