Just wanted to share my review to help others! I usually do keto a couple times a year to maintain my weight. This last time, nothing was happening. I typically only need to stay on keto for 2 to 3 weeks. after 3 weeks I didn't lose a single pound. These pills helped! I'm only on day five, but I've lost 4 lb. I'm 42 so I guess im hitting that age where more things start changing

I purchased this for menopause related hip pain. It worked very well. I stopped using it for a couple of weeks, thinking I wouldn't need it anymore. I re-ordered it in two weeks as I could not bear weight on my leg, because of the pain. Pain is gone again. Definitely recommend.

I have been battling hot flashes for more than a decade. Before Estroven, I was having what felt like hundreds of hot flashes each day. I tried Black Cohosh, which worked for about 6 months then the hot flashes returned with a vengeance. Nothing has worked since. So, I decided I had nothing to lose by trying Estroven. To my surprise, it worked. Maybe an occasional and periodic hot flash occurs but the mere fact that I can't tell if it is or isn't a hot flash tells you that I am healed. My advice is if you're struggling to find a cure to your hot flashes, give Estroven a try. It really works!

I am 'at that age'. Menopause can cause osteoporosis. I did not know. I broke my left foot. I could not exercise %26 gained 10 lbs. After recovery from that, I began taking these %26 it has helped me lose 7 lbs. I am also exercising again. Please be aware of complications menopause causes. I was blissfully unaware. I will continue these (Also take fosomax for bones now). They actually are working. So glad I tried them.

I'm down 10lbs within 2 months taking this supplement. My appetite has decreased to half portions, lesser hot flashes, but still tired. No diet or exercise change just take once a day (morning) with plenty of water throughout the day

Life saver! The hot flashes are gone. I don't feel of any more. It was recommended by a friend. It's such a relief to feel physically balanced. I feel more settled and calm more as well.

I originally started taking the complete supplement for my hot flashes, but then realized it didn't help with weight management , so I switched to this. The complete supplement completely eliminated my hot flashes. This DOES help with my weight, but does not eliminate my hot flashes like the complete supplement does. Although I get about 1 or 2 mega hot flashes per day, I'd rather get help with my weight, so I'll stick with this one.

It worked initially (even before 30 days of use). It is no longer effective. Back to the drawing board. I was so hoping this would work for me. Maybe others will have better luck.
