Spring Valley Extra Strength Turmeric Curcumin Complex Softgels Dietary Supplement, 1,000 mg, 90 Ct

I take these religiously as my family has RA and I have the markers for it. One of the things the doctor recommends is Tumeric for joint and overall body health.

I was recommended this product years ago. I have diligently taken these capsules for at least 3 yrs. They have truly made a difference in my joints, limbs. My body can tell when I've missed taking it. I would recommend these!

These are so much easier to swallow than the ones in the capsules. I really have never tasted them except with the capsules I used to could taste the plastic. These softgels just slide on down, lickety split and they are gone.

I like the fact that they are easier to swallow than the capsules. They seem to be more effective than the others. After taking them for over a week, I could tell the difference.

I medically an not allowed to take any NSAID (non-steroidal anti -inflammatory drug) medications. I heard about Tumeric and it's natural anti-inflammatory properties. I had never used "natural" remedies, but I also have a medical condition that leaves me needing NSAID medications. The separate medical personnel said to try Tumeric. I've relied on it ever since. In fact, I must live in a nursing home facility. The nurses said my doctor there doesn't prescribe natural remedies as part of his policy. He made an exception for Tumeric because he's heard good things. The pharmacy won't fill the prescription, but I have an over the counter catalogue through insurance and I can order tumeric pills from Walmart. Tumeric is a great substitute for people like me, and for anyone who wants a natural remedy. It even helps with headaches!

I have been using this product for years. I like that it has bioperine included in it to increase its effectiveness, and I don't have to take a separate pill. It mostly controls the inflammation that I have without the GI damage. I don't think I could live without it!

My original source has sold out. Their product is on back ordered. So I m trying your product and they work well for a competitive price.

Had I known the substitution would be these sticky gelatin capsules, I would have refused this substitution.

Not in a clear veg Capsule As Pictured. These are actually in the thickbgelatin softgel capsule that is thick %26 feels rubbery. For myself, these don't help at all. I've taken other brands in the clear veg capsule that actually help with inflammation. I cannot recommend these.

The wrong items was delivered to me. I ordered turmeric curcumin complex 1,000 mg dietary supplement with 5 mg BioPerine 90 vegetarian soft gels. I received turmeric curcumin 1,500 mg with 10 mg BioPerine 90 vegetarian capsules. I know they look very similar but the order I received is a powered turmeric and I can't take those. I only realized the mistake today when I opened one of the 3 bottles I received by mistake. Can I return the wrong turmeric and exchange for the correct turmeric?
