Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength With Glucosamine Chondroitin, 160 Tablets, 2 Pack

I did have deep dive into the different joint supplements with the paid version of ChatGPT. Osteo Bi-Flex came out on top, the triple strength version it's a bit pricey, but not as much as some of the designer ones I have run out occasionally and seem to notice a discomfort increase in my knee and back.

This has actually been a life saver! I have been taking this medication for about 6 months and I no longer have the joint pain and the aches that came along with sitting all day! My knees would ache and now I can walk normal and my hips don't ache and I just feel like myself again! I would recommend this to anyone with joint pain! Also noticed it working after about 3 weeks

I've used Osteo Bi-Flex for several months and really have noticed a huge difference in the flexibility and range of motion in both, my knees and my hips. I had been experiencing a grinding-type feeling in my knees, especially when going up and down the steps, and my hips just felt achey all the time. Within 3 weeks (Honestly!!) I happened to notice my knees weren't sore, and neither was my back! I actually had to sit down and think about it! But it was true! I had written the date I started Osteo Bi-Flex on the calendar and it had been 1 day shy of 2 weeks! I am so, so thankful!!

I have been using this for years. At first I took the recommended dosage but later found more relief with 3 caps 2xs a day. If I forget it usually takes 2 days to remind me. I appreciate this formula the triple strength without extra calcium or anything else. If I need more Boswellia, I take it separately etc. My only complaint is it has increased significantly in price and one can no longer buy it as inexpensively as before at Walmart. Not only that, the quantity in the bottles have decreased. I wish Costco was closer, it is a decent buy there. Anyway, if you haven't tried it yet check it out. I feel a difference in 2 or 3 days. I tried the Osteo Bi-Flex and it seemed to really work. I could feel the difference in just a few days. when I ran out of the stuff, I was unable to find it and I could tell the difference from when I was taking it. It really seems to work for me. I have less pain and stiffness and I can get around better. I try to make sure I don't run out of the Osteo Bi-Flex again. I believe it can make a big difference if I continue to take it long term.

I used to use these while back then there was a period that I didn't use them in my knees weren't as good as when I was taking them so I started again and we'll see what happens next. still a good alternative for joint care!

I was taking this product for a bad knee which was giving me pain and wanted to buckle on me, causing me to fall. I stopped taking it and the problem returned so I am now back on the product again. Within days the pain was gone and I was much more confident with my bad knee. I will stay on this product from now on.

these did nothing for my knees I took them for 30 days and the whole I was taken them I noticed my stomach would make digesting sounds and I also notice I was passing more gas but didn't put two and two togather until after I was hit with diarrhea this didn't help my knees by it did act has a laxative if you suffer with IBS of any kind you may want to think twice these caused mine to flair up for two weeks and I did go and research this and found that there has been reports of this causing people to have diarrhea so with that being said these may work for some and may be worth a try but if you have IBS I would maybe look more into it I was really hoping these would of work sadly they are not for me
