this product, was a good investment, i gave arthritis of hands, ankles, knees and low back. i have been taking for 1 year, and it is helping. no taste, lge pill but no problems swallowing it. I was told about it by a family member. They also had good results.

My husband has had rheumatoid arthritis genetically i believe because immediate family members also had/has. I've been using Osteo Bi-Flex for years. I've had issues with arthritis in my hand, arm and toe as I'm getting older. I didn't want to take a prescription, so I tried OTC supplement first. I am pain free all year. I am so very pleased with the results. You need to take it exactly as it says for a couple weeks to let it get in your system. I was able to cut back the dose to once a day, but everyone is different and we have different issues.

I have knee problems and often cannot use stairs because of the pain. After taking these supplements for about a month I am able to walk up and down stairs with minimal pain. If I forget to take them for a couple of days, I notice that my pain increases.

I had to get these because the ones I usually take was out of stock. They did not work for me at all. I have been taking them for a month, if I could get a refund I definitely would.
