Wonderful product no shaking or feeling jittery. I would recommend this to anyone who thought like me that this couldn't work, because it really does.
I read reviews before I purchased this. It truly reduces cravings and make you feel full. Though I've always eaten just one meal a day, it helps with nighttime snacking. I must admit there is some mild nausea, but it doesn't last long.

I had a reaction shortly after taking the first dose of 2 chews. My chest felt discomfort; I knew I wouldnt be taking anymore.
