I was given a chance to try Force Factor Leanfire and I am so glad I gave it a shot! I am now getting older and my metabolism isn't like it used to be. It seems like I cannot lose weight with cutting items out and doing some exercise, but with Force Factor it actually helps suppress your appetite so you can cut down on how much you eat! I just finished a 30-day bottle and my energy level has really increased. I am not sure if it's from the Lean Factor or Lean Factor plus a new exercise program but either way I am happy with the results. I can work full-time and have enough energy to still take care of my toddler, cook, clean, and work out! Couldn't do that before.

On a normal week, I lead a very active lifestyle but my biggest issue is trying to eat the right foods and keep my weight stable. I work out 5-6 days a week, which consists mostly of running/mild weights. When I first started this, I definitely noticed my appetite increase dramatically. I had a burst of energy (assuming from the large amount of caffeine) and I wanted to eat EVERYTHING. So, the temptations were tough. I am currently 5'3'' and 120 lbs - so i'm not very big to begin with but I did want to lose an extra 5-10 lbs of excess fat while keeping my muscular figure. After the first few days, even with me eating literally everything in sight, I still lost 2.5 lbs! I was very impressed. I did notice the weight loss taper off, but i'm not blaming the product - probably because I didn't have much to lose anyway. I definitely recommend this product, especially as a metabolism booster, but I do recommend those who use it to be doing some sort of cardio as well.

I have been using Force Factor Lean Fire for a couple of weeks and I would definitely recommend it in the future. It has helped me towards my weight loss goals and gives me more energy to get in my workouts. I feel great using it and have not experienced any negative side effects.

So, here's the deal...I will first lead with the positives. No nasty flavor after taking it, no jitters either, and the ingredients sound promising. Now for the cons... I didn't notice any real change even with regular diet and exercise. I didn't notice a difference in my body or energy levels. Maybe with a longer trial period I would see actual results, but with a 2 week supply, I don't think it truly did justice as far as being able to see if it really makes a difference or not.

Been using this product for about a month and it's been okay. I've lost about 4 pounds which I am pleased with and I am gaining some definition in my stomach area. But I definitely expected to see something more drastic, especially since I eat a vegan diet and increased my physical fitness. I don't have anything bad to say about the product, but not sure I needed it to obtain the results I have.

The first few weeks of using this product, I did see results by losing 7 lbs and having more energy in the afternoon.. I noticed every time I took it, I would feel a little shaky and I didn't like that. I decided to do one dose a day instead of two doses a day but it still messed with me. My focus and energy was great but I had to make sure I ate a little more than usually to keep me from being shaky. I missed one day of taking it and I had a huge headache. It might work for other people but the side effects is what made me stop taking it.

I tried this product for awhile to make sure I didn't really notice a difference before I wrote a review. I could always use an energy boost in the afternoon, but I didn't really notice a difference with these. I do consume caffeine throughout the day normally, so that might impact it.
