Happy with them
The gel pills are super easy to swallow. I have cut back on cravings and lost some weight while on these. I have no upset stomach or issues. I love them. They do not have an odor like some do. Reasonable and a very good price for them

Swelling reducer
I use this product for Weight Loss as I'm using, I can see the swelling from my usual every day go down. My feet aren't so swollen, my joints moved a lot easier as well. If you are considering it, go for it. It's a great add on to your med regimen
