Great to be able to get large quantity via shipping as unable to leave house. I take daily %26 exp date about 2-3 months before I'll need again of the %23450 count. Generic for Centrum Silver for Adults 50 . I don't find them to be too large to swallow. 3/4" length, 1/4" width for size of a caplet.

Equate Complete Multivitamin Tablets have the exact same vitamins that big brand names do for a much better price. These are designed for people over the age of 50. Time to recognize that half century mark and take these vitamins to help round out my health... I feel like these vitamins have just what I need to keep my health balanced. Maybe, you should consider adding them to your health regime.

i needed a good multi vit for an older adult and im.not about to fall fthe over priced garbage advertisdd on tv by HIGHLY PAID actors. These work well with no over priced subscriptions.

This was for a family member working his health and on a budget and these work great for both. We will continue to see how he does with his daily addition and will return for more when thevtime comes.
