Perfect for the over 40–50 crowd
This multivitamin works very well. It can cause severe constipation because of the higher levels of iron so just be cautious.

Take these every day. I was using Century Vitamins for Women and seen these, less price, and have been taking since. See no difference in results.

Better vitamins than other brands
Not all vitamins have the same components in the same amounts. I switched to Equate from CVS brand, and the amount of Vitamin D doubled (65% to 125%). Since take prescription vitamin D3 in addition to these multivitamins, I am very pleased with the boost.
