Ok, so I took 1 and an hour later I did have some zip. I was pretty cheerful and felt pretty good. Maybe the beginning of a caffeine buzz(not jittery)Then a few hours later the headache started… just a dull headache that lasted 2 days- I don't know if it's related but I kinda don't wanna take anymore. That is a shame though, as I did feel pretty swell all day until the headache.

aside from the no effect at all which is the problem. Upon opening the bottle it has a foul smell and even worse taste idk if that just the herb it's self or what but for me it was off putting.
