It works I've been using it for a few months as well as doing squats and hip thrusts at home with resistance bands and a gallon of water bc i dont have weights. And i know it's making a difference. This was me a few months ago vs now

Weight and hot flashes
Helps with my hot flashes and maintaining my weight I'm 5'2 n weigh 126.8 130lbs is my goal I struggled forever keeping weight on im 41 years now will be 42 in November so yes I would recommend this product to anyone having these problems ...☺️

Maca seems to be a great supplement
This is a great mood and concentration affordable supplement. No wonder that the Walmart delivery guy took it (did not deliver it to my address) twice (that one delivery guy photographed two different other doors than mine in two days), forcing me to change my delivery mode and having to pick it up, eventually, quite aggravated. There should be more focus by Walmart delivery management on the terrible effects on customers after delivery mans' repeated misappropriations... it certainly slows sales of good products.

excellent product
Affordable, easy to swallow. Noticed an improvement in my mood and in other areas of relationships. I noticed it in about 3 weeks taking 2 per day. One in the morning...one in the afternoon.

Good mood! no anxiety
My friend gave this after I told her I had been in a bad mood, irritable and getting upset for little things. After a couple days may be 10- my mood changed and I was myself again. My hormonal changes were stabilizing again.

If your goal is to gain weight.
These pills did exactly what I wanted them to do. If you want to gain weight take these pills. I gained over 20 pounds in less than a month. But 1 side effect they make you sleep a lot. Stop taking once I gained goal weight.

Bottle arrived opened!
The bottle arrived open. It had the plastic seal around the lid, but when I removed that, the seal across the opening was punched down into the bottle. Obviously, I threw it away.

The item arrived intact but the pills in the bottle cracked apart. I lost about 13 out of 90 pills.
