Well it was good trying this NutriFlair H***y Goat Weed Extract since saw a bit of more stamina after starting to take them. Usually pills ads have a lot of hype but no good results but these did work for me. I'm usually careful since some supplements for energy boosting can give you the jitters or affect badly with meds if your taking them. I have to say I didn't have no negative side effects, jitters or anything affecting my everyday wellness I did notice an increase of energy, alertness, more stamina and also feel well all around. I take pills with food and sits well in my stomach with no issues.
