The reason I purchased the Apple cider vinegar pills is because I used to have issues with being regular. Since I have Been using them for more than 2 weeks now I noticed I am regular now and I no longer have digestive issues. I have also noticed my joints don't hurt anymore.

Been a user of apple cider vinegar, and decided to try Nutriflair brand of 1600mg per serving. Very pleased thus far, dosage id only 2 capsules daily. There isn't any unpleasant acid after taste. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others.

These Vinegar pills are different from others, what I like about this one. It is actually mother's vinegar you can't find other vinegar pills out there that has mother's vinegar in capsules this is a first and I've noticed from taking them how it been easier for me to digest.

I am a firm believer in these capsules. First of all check with your doctor if these are okay for you to take. I have been taking these for several years. I am a type 2 diabetic and since taking these my A1C is in a healthy range and my appetite has decreased helping me to lose some weight. All being said this is my expierance and it may not be the same for you. Ask your doctor and give them a try

The taste is not great, but if you are looking for something to help with weight loss this is great! I heard from a family member that it worked. I bought this for my daughter and myself and seen a difference in the 3rd day. We both lost weight and it has curbed our appetite.

The Nutriflair Apple Cider Vinegar tablets are vegetable tablets. They are for helping with detox, digestion and weight management. I’ve been taking two per day for the last couple weeks and I feel a lot better than I did before. These are 1600 mg per serving. I feel like I’m not always hungry and looking for food. I love that these are made in the USA and made with non-GMO ingredients. They are also gluten and dairy free. I sometimes have a hard time with dairy so these are great for me. I read on the back of the bottle that there were zero fillers, binders, preservatives, artificial ingredients, milk, soy, eggs, gelatin, dioxide, peanuts, fish or shellfish. The only issue that I can think of for somebody might be the size of the tablet. They are about 3/4” long. I’m fine with that size but I know some people have a hard time swallowing larger tablets. I received this product in exchange for my honest review and so far I really think they are working. I am going to continue to take them as long as they keep working. I would highly recommend these to anyone wanting to try and be a little healthier, its a really great start!

Haven't been taking long enough

These capsules are very effective, I only take one once or twice per week and I think it really helps to clean the digestive system within a few hours without side effects. I am the kind of person who likes to help the body sometimes but I don't like to abuse with external extra help. Anyway, whenever I feel bloated or maybe I ate too much junk that is the moment when I use it. However, I am still very dedicated to my morning workout and I try to follow a healthy diet so I don't see this helper as miraculous but as a sometimes partner. I recommend using plenty of water when taking it, but don't worry the capsules are soft and easy on the stomach.

The delivery or shipping is awful, Walmart tells U a date, n then they suddenly changed it to 2 weeks after, for that I go to Walmart myself n get it. This is the second time Walmart is doing this, if they can't honor the dates to deliver or shipping they should not b doing it. People expect their items to come on time cause they needed it. The item itself is good. I'm giving 3 stars cause of the shipping not the item.
