These capsules are easy to swallow. I occasionally have a difficult time swallowing medication, but so far, haven't had any problems swallowing. It can boost immune function. We all need immune system boost . With all these viruses going around, we need all the help we can get. These are Non GMO, Gluten and Dairy Free capsules. I have been taking K2 for a few years because I was found to have a calcium deposit in my carotid artery. I did some research and found that K2 helps to keep the calcium in the bones where it belongs. I really don't know if it works but I keep taking it. This product also includes D3 which helps the K2 do it's job. It is vegan and non GMO and made in the USA.

D3 is the way to go when you want to support bone health! I like taking healthy products while I'm maintaining a heathy lifestyle as I age. Supporting my immune system is great because I have a compromised immune system. Moving forward I can't wait to see exactly how continued use will enhance my quality of healthy living.

My oldest has had a low d level and after taking these her levels are back to where they need to be also have helped with immunity because she has been in contact with a lot of sick folks and I am happy to report she is not been sick in any way definitely give credit to these vitamins

I started taking these to boost my immune system, with all the viruses we have today. Then, I noticed how much better I feel and how flexible I have become in just a little over two weeks. I also like that it is plant based, with no bad fillers. They are made in the USA.

I love that this D3 combines K2 and black pepper in it, and it all being plant based is a bonus! I have been told since early childhood that I need to be aware of osteoporosis. Milk always made me sick to my stomach and even the ice cream that doctors ordered my parents to feed me daily to get some calcium in me did too. So I was put on prescription calcium very early on. Throughout life I have always kept the concern for osteoporosis in the back of my mind. Taking this D3 with K2 puts my mind at ease knowing that the K2 is supporting the D3 in putting and keeping calcium in my bones making them strong.

Looking forward to the benefits

I don't think this is one that you can really be sure of, until you have long-term use to really check...and I have not been taking them for long. However, I can say that 1. these have not given me nausea issues, and 2. don't seem to be causing any negative health effects. I wish there was more that I could say about these, but I can't genuinely be sure that they're doing anything that I can directly observe. *Shrug* They do have a nice dose of vitamin D3, and eliminate the need for me to take one of the four 5000 IU capsules that I take per day. (Yes, I take 20,000 IU per day, most days, as I work a desk job indoors. It helps with depression issues quite a bit.) The capsules themselves are not huge, and are easy to swallow. Give 'em a try!

I already take a D3 and K2 vitamin. They have worked well but I thought I would try having them in the same pill. I was a little disappointed when I opened the jar because the capsules are quite a bit larger than I was expecting. The pills I was previously taking are quite small and easy to swallow. These, while not enormous, are larger and harder to swallow. Now let's look at the ingredients! I will compare what is in my previous bottle to this bottle. My original D3 carried 5,000IUI. This capsule also carries the same. My K2 vitamin carries 1,000mcg while this capsule carries 100mcg. So this one is not only larger - but has less of the Potassium in it by quite a large margin. Mine also has K1, K3, and Vitamin C. I'm not saying don't get this one but I am saying do your research and find the one that you need as far as dosage and size. I personally will be continuing my previous choices. I'm including a couple pictures. The first one is just this capsule.
